I started Delta Life back in April after losing my first 20lbs on my fitness journey. I decided to give Delta a shot after realizing working out on my own wasn’t consistent enough for the results I wanted. It has now been 7 months since I joined and I’ve lost another 20 pounds and lost body fat while gaining muscle. I have been doing things I honestly didn’t think I was capable of before joining. I’m much more consistent in the gym, I usually go about 5 days a week and sometimes I even double up on classes.
